The Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario is a health care centre dedicated to providing comprehensive care to children and young people in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. Founded in 1974, CHEO offers a range of medical services for patients from birth through 18 years of age.

The hospital receives 6,000 inpatient admissions each year, and its outpatient programs handle more than 240,000 patient visits annually. The Emergency Department handles on average 150 visits per day.

Approximately 775 medical staff, approximately 600 nursing staff, more than 1,200 full/part time employees and 487 volunteers work at CHEO.

Dine with a VP Auction


Again this year we will be auctioning off a dinner/evening with a Costco Vice-President, Senior Vice-President or GMM to the highest bidder with the winners having the privilege of having dinner and spending an evening with a Costco VP/SVP or GMM of their choice!

Only confirmed 2008 CMN Golf Tournament participants are eligible to bid.

  • Minimum incremental bids of $100

Auction sign-up sheets will be available throughout the day and early evening of the Golf Tournament. Bids will close immediately after Louise's address in the evening. All you need to do is fill out the sign-up sheet and write:

  • Your name and the bidding company's name;
  • The amount of your bid (remember to bid in minimum increments of $100);

Kindly note that:

  • Dates and locations are to be arranged with the Costco VP;
  • Each winning company bid will choose a maximum of four representatives that will accompany their chosen Costco Vice-President;
  • Costco Wholesale will pick-up the tab for the supper;
  • All commitments for the dinners/evenings must be executed on or before June 30th, 2009;
  • Payment from auction winners must be received on or before October 18, 2008.

The list of Executives to be auctioned will be made available the day of the tournaments.
